Kinoa raises $10M to bring AI-native LiveOps to mobile apps
78% of the top 1,000 mobile games are losing revenue despite running active LiveOps. Teams are doing the work, running offers, sending pushes, segmenting users, and revenue is still sliding. The problem isn't effort. It's that user data piles up faster than any human team can act on it.
That's the gap Kinoa was built to close.
Today, we're announcing a $10M funding round led by Transcend Fund, with participation from Sisu Game Ventures, to accelerate exactly that.
Here's what closing the gap looks like in practice, from one of our partners who lived it:
"Kinoa gave us the ability to reach every user with the right experience at the right moment -- personalized messages, dynamic offers, real-time feature changes, all without touching a line of code. The impact was immediate: a 31% revenue increase and a 46% lift in payer conversion."
-- Or Reznitsky, GM, Tetris Block Party at Playstudios
That result comes from a single idea: predict who will churn or convert before the signals are visible, then act automatically. One operator with the leverage of a ten-person LiveOps team.
This round funds the next layer: expanded predictive models and a new generation of AI agents that run mobile app operations end to end.
To the studios who shaped this product -- Playstudios, Playsimple, MTG, GammaTime Shorts, and dozens more -- thank you. To Andrew Sheppard and the Transcend Fund team: we're glad to have you along for what comes next.
If you run a mobile app or game and want to generate more revenue from the users you already have, let's hop on a demo call. We'll show you how.
